Privacy policy

ApplyLedger is a job application tracking extension operated by the workspace owner, Sainath Reddy. This policy explains how the extension and its workspace service handle information.
Information we use
- Account information: your Google account identifier, email address, and name, used to sign you in and manage your workspace role.
- Job records: job titles, companies, job page URLs and domains, application timestamps, status history, and notes you enter. Automatic capture reads relevant job page content on sites where you enable it. Most URL query parameters are removed.
- Workspace information: device identifiers used to organize synchronized records, administrator requests, notices, and access audit records.
The extension does not request Gmail access or read email messages, passwords, uploaded resumes, or application form field values. Avoid putting sensitive personal information in notes.
Why we use it
We use this information to maintain your application history, synchronize records across the workspace, calculate activity statistics, enforce access permissions, and notify the owner about new members and administrator requests.
Storage and access
Job records are stored locally in your browser and synchronized to the workspace’s Supabase backend when you are signed in. Members can access their own records. The workspace owner and approved administrators can access team job records and statistics. Only the owner can grant or revoke administrator roles.
Google provides sign-in, and Supabase provides authentication and database storage. Their services process information needed to provide those functions. See Google’s privacy policy and Supabase’s privacy policy.
Sharing and advertising
ApplyLedger does not sell personal information or use job records for advertising. The extension has no advertising or third-party analytics features. Workspace sharing described above is part of its intended operation.
Your choices and removal requests
You can choose which sites allow automatic capture, add records manually, export your records, and sign out. Automatically recorded details are protected from editing to preserve their history; status updates are appended to that history.
Records remain until the workspace owner arranges removal. Uninstalling the extension or clearing local storage does not remove synchronized server records. To request access, correction, or deletion of your account or stored information, contact sainathreddy8901@gmail.com. The owner handles these requests directly.
This public website
These information pages do not provide account sign-in or display job records. They do not include analytics scripts or tracking forms. The hosting provider may process standard connection and service logs to operate the website.
